Iced Hibiscus Berry Tea Delight (Printable)

A fruity and cooling hibiscus tea blend with fresh berries for summer.

# What You'll Need:

→ Tea

01 - 4 cups water
02 - 1/4 cup dried hibiscus flowers
03 - 2 green tea bags (optional)
04 - 1/4 cup granulated sugar or honey (to taste)

→ Fruit & Berries

05 - 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
06 - 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
07 - 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
08 - 1 orange, thinly sliced
09 - 1 lime, thinly sliced
10 - Fresh mint leaves, for garnish

# How to Cook:

01 - Bring the water to a boil in a saucepan. Remove from heat, add the dried hibiscus flowers and green tea bags if using. Cover and steep for 10 minutes.
02 - Strain the tea into a heatproof pitcher to remove the flowers and tea bags.
03 - While the tea is still warm, stir in the sugar or honey until dissolved.
04 - Let the tea cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or until chilled.
05 - Add the sliced strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, orange, and lime to the chilled tea. Stir gently.
06 - Serve over ice, garnished with fresh mint leaves.
