# How to Cook:
01 - In a medium bowl or jar, combine oats, almond milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir thoroughly to ensure all ingredients are evenly mixed.
02 - Cover and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 8 hours, to allow the oats to soften and absorb the liquid.
03 - In the morning, stir the oats well. If too thick, add additional milk gradually to reach desired consistency.
